Business matters, commercial real estate, business litigation, and personal injury.

I'm a proud Houstonian, born and raised in Southwest Alief. My parents came here from Nigeria to build a better life, and a lot of how I work comes straight from watching them do it: show up, do the job right, and treat people the way you'd want your own family treated.

I didn't start out in law. My first career was in the oil and gas industry, in logistics and procurement, where the work was moving real goods, holding contracts together, and keeping deals on track when something went wrong. That's where I learned how businesses actually run, and where the trouble usually hides. When I moved into law, I built my practice around the same things: commercial real estate , business matters, and the disputes that come with them.

Today I handle complex business work and commercial real estate, from development and acquisitions to dispositions, leasing, and financing. When a deal turns into a fight, I handle the litigation too, both commercial and business disputes. I also take on personal injury cases, because the people I represent on the business side have families and neighbors who get hurt and need someone in their corner. Whatever the matter, you work with me directly. You won't get handed off to someone you've never met.

Outside the office, I'm married and the father of two daughters, which keeps me grounded in why this work matters. I'm raising my family in the same part of Houston that raised me, and I take it personally when I'm trusted with a client's business or their recovery. If you're a business owner in Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, or anywhere in Fort Bend County, or you've been hurt and need help, I'd be glad to talk through where you stand and what comes next.

What I handle

Most of my work is business and commercial real estate. I help owners and investors with development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, and I draft and review the contracts that hold those deals together. The goal is to spot the problem before it becomes a problem, so the closing happens clean and you know what you signed.

When a deal breaks down, I represent clients in commercial and business litigation . Having sat on the business side of contracts and logistics earlier in my career, I read these disputes the way the people in them do, not just the way they look on paper.

I also take personal injury cases. If you or someone in your family has been hurt, I'll tell you honestly whether you have a claim and what it's likely worth. Like the rest of the firm's injury work, these cases run on contingency, so there's no fee unless we win.

How I work with you

You work with me, not a stack of associates you'll never meet. I want to understand the deal, the dispute, or the injury well enough to give you a straight answer, and then I stay on it through to the end.

I grew up here, I'm raising my family here, and I know the local courts and the local market. That isn't a slogan. It means when you describe a property, a counterparty, or a situation in Fort Bend County, I usually already have a feel for it. Reach out and tell me what's going on, and I'll tell you where you stand.
